I approach development as experience design at the scale of a site or district: understanding the place, defining its purpose, and coordinating the people and decisions needed to move a vision forward. My work combines site research, master planning, transactions and development execution.
Wekiva Innovation District: a concept in progress
For a proposed employment campus in Apopka, I am developing a place-based vision that brings research, healthcare and advanced industry together with an amenity village, hospitality and preserved natural areas. The concept uses a clear arrival sequence, walkable gathering spaces and connections to nature to give the campus a coherent identity and everyday experience.
My involvement includes concept development and coordination of a multi-owner land assemblage. Wekiva is a proposed development vision, not a completed or approved project. It reflects how I bring themed-environment thinking into real-world development: story, circulation, landscape and operational needs considered together.
Transactions & coordination
As a commercial real estate broker, I align owners, buyers, operators and project teams around site and transaction decisions. That experience informs my creative work: translating a vision into a practical scope while managing competing needs.
Research & site strategy
I use GIS, market research and visual communication to identify opportunities, understand site constraints and present development strategies to partners. The work turns complex information into a clear basis for decisions.
Development & delivery
I coordinate teams across site selection, planning, entitlements and development. With Mammoth Holdings, that work included retail locations, regional distribution centers and maintenance facilities serving multi-site markets.
